How to complete a Library action assigned to you

If you are assigned an ‘Action’ within the ‘Library’ you will receive an email and a notification as a bell icon which shows you have an action to complete.  You will also see any ‘Actions’ assigned to you on the ‘Dashboard’ under ‘Library items actions assigned to you’.



To view your ‘Actions’ you can either click ‘more details’ on the drop-down on your bell icon to take you to your notification page.  Here you will see your ‘Actions’ to complete.


Alternatively, click into your ‘Action’ from the ‘Dashboard’ , you will see ‘Library items actions assigned to you’ as per screenshot above.


You can also open your ‘Actions’ by selecting ‘Library’ on the left-hand side of the ‘Dashboard’. This will take you to an overview screen of all the ‘Library’ items.


Click the second tab called ‘Actions’, this will bring up a list of ‘Actions’ to complete.  



Click ‘Manage’ at the far right-hand side of the table, this will open up the particular ‘Action’



Here you will see the details of the ‘Action’, ‘Due Date’ and ‘Status’.  There will also be any ‘History’ notes.

To the right-hand side there is a box called ‘Manage this Action’.  Here you can assign to other staff members, individually or by Job Role to help manage the action.




Once the ‘Action’ has been completed, you can amend the ‘Status’ from the drop-down to say ‘Partially Complete’ or ‘Completed’. Fill in any ‘Notes’, you have the option to ‘Upload Files’ for example minutes of a meeting and then you can ‘Save’.
