An overview of useful links in the HUB
On the Dashboard, you will see a section for ‘Useful Links’. You can add new links, edit and amend these to suit your practice.
Navigate to ‘Useful Links’ on the left-hand side of the Dashboard. Here you will see an overview
of all your links.
To create a new Link, select the green ‘Add a new link’ button
Fill out the details such as ‘Title’, paste the ‘URL link’, you can give it a ‘Description’ and add any ‘Search Tags’ if you wish.
Now select if you wish the link to open in a new tab. You also have the option to pin this ‘Useful Link’ to your ‘Dashboard’
Set the status as ‘Active’ and ‘Save’ This will now show on your staff members’ Dashboards for them to view.
To edit an existing link, from the overview screen, select ‘Edit’
You will then be able to edit the details and ‘Save’
On the overview page, it details if the link is pinned to the ‘Dashboard’, if it will open in a new tab and there is also a Click Score. This shows you how many times your staff members have clicked to view this ‘Useful Link’.
On the right-hand side there is a ‘Click Score and Dashboard Position’ box with a brief description, also showing the ‘Useful Links’ currently displayed on your ‘Dashboard’
