How to amend the email notifications you receive

The HUB sends notifications to inform you of relevant events and updates. It can also send notifications to your email address.

If you do not wish for a notification to be sent via email, you can opt out by unticking the "Also send by email" option.

You can choose which email notifications you would like to receive by navigating to the ‘Bell Icon’ when logging into your HUB account, located in the top right-hand corner. 

This will produce a list of your notifications that have not been marked as read. 

To make amendments to your settings, click ‘View all notifications’

This will bring you to the ‘Notifications’ tab with an additional tab labelled ' Emails’.

Click the ‘Emails’ tab. 

This will produce a list of all areas where emails will be generated. 

To opt out, untick ‘Also send by email’ in the area where you wish to stop receiving email notifications. 

Once you have amended your preferences, click ‘Save’.
