How do I find help?

You can find help by navigating to ‘Help’ on the orange bar when logging into your HUB account. 

This will produce a drop-down where you can access a wide range of information. 

 

Help Centre - Provides extensive helpful guides on all areas of the HUB. 


Contact us -  where you can email our support team directly. 


Book a support session - If you have any queries regarding any area of the HUB, you can schedule a one-on-one meeting with one of our support staff by viewing our availability list and selecting a time and date that suits you.


Book a demo - If you are considering purchasing a package from our extensive range of additional subscriptions and wish to see it in action, you can view our availability list and select a time and date that suits you. 


Join a daily demo - Each day, we offer a comprehensive overview of all our packages. If you would like to see a package in action, please book onto one of our group sessions. 


New HUB Features - will highlight HUB updates and new features added in date order. 


Feature Request - If you have a development request, this form will go straight to the development team. 


HUB Managers - A quick link to view the owner of your HUB account.
