Download information for visitors
To download information for visitors, navigate to Settings on the left-hand side of your HUB page.
You will be brought to a Details tab, but additional tabs will be available, one of which is ‘On-Site Register.’
Here you will see all the setting information for the On-Site Register.
To download the information for visitors, navigate to the right-hand side and see the ‘Visitors’ section.
If you are a multisite practice and have set up additional sites, you can generate this information for the relevant sites using the drop-down arrow to select the desired site.
Once you have selected your site, additional information, including a unique QR code for the specific practice, will be displayed.
You will be able to ‘Download the PDF file’
This will download your visitor instructions and the unique QR code that you can print and display in your practice for visitors to use.
Please note that the logo of your practice will only appear if you have added your logo to your HUB account.
If the existing PDF file contains outdated information, it can be re-generated to display the current information.
Visitors entering the building will scan the unique QR code, which will generate the visitor's form for them to fill out.
