Cloning a meeting


You can clone an existing meeting that you have created.


Go to MEETINGS.


From this page, search or scroll down the list to find the meeting you would like to clone.




Press the three dots on the right-hand side of the meeting listing once you have located the one you wish to clone.



This will give you the option to clone the meeting.





A box will appear once you select to clone the meeting.


You will be able to change the name of the meeting and set its start date, start time, and the duration.


Press ‘Add’ once you have added these details. 


Once you have cloned the meeting, the page where you can edit the further details of this meeting will open, along with a message to confirm that the meeting has been cloned.



Once you have changed any necessary details and saved, you can navigate back to the ‘Meetings Manager’ overview page, where you will see the cloned meeting listed alongside the other meetings.


You can further edit it at any time via the three dots on the right-hand side of the listing.
