Viewing the practice wide calendar (Staff guide)


Once you have confirmed that you are attending a meeting, it will be listed as ‘Attending’ within the Meetings Manager.




You will then be able to see it on the Practice Wide Calendar.



Click CALENDAR on the right hand side of the HUB. 


















When you are viewing the calendar, meetings are marked in orange.




When you hover over a date, near where the meeting is marked, a box will appear that displays the meeting name and the time it is scheduled for.
