An overview of the Noticeboard

The ‘Noticeboard’ feature is free to use.

You can share important notices with staff members and track who has or has not read them.

Press the ‘Noticeboard’ section on the left-hand side of the screen.

This is where you can find an overview table that automatically lists all ‘Currently Showing’ notices that have been added.

If you wish to adjust what you are viewing here, you can press ‘Show advanced search’.

You can then input your choices into the boxes available and press the blue ‘Search’ button to view a selection based on your preferences.

Within the ‘Actions box’ you can click to navigate to ‘Settings’ where you can adjust your noticeboard settings.

Adding a notice

If you would like to add a notice, click the green ‘Add Notice’ button located in the ‘Actions’ box.

From here, you can create the details of your notice:

  • Firstly, give your notice a title

  • Edit the notice icon if you wish

  • Enter the details of your notice in the ‘Display Text’ box

  • Upload any relevant files by selecting ‘Choose Files’

Then, select if you would like to pin your notice to the dashboard and set a schedule confirming when you would like the notice to show from and show until.

Ensure the status is set as ‘Active’ if you are ready for your notice to show.

Then press save.

Your notice will be added to the overview table.

If you have chosen to pin in to your dashboard that will be highlighted.

You can also clone or edit your notice at any point here.

When you press ‘Edit’ your notice will open to the ‘Details’ tab, but there will now also be other tabs available to you.

The ‘Visibility’ tab is where you can choose who you would like to be able to view your notice.

You can add individual staff members via their name or you can add staff members in bulk via their job role or team.

You can choose to notify new viewers, who will be notified that they have been added to view a notice.

You can also tick to request read receipts, which will mean staff members will be asked to confirm they have read this notice.

In the ‘Actions’ box, you can view the overall details of the notice.

The next tab along is the ‘Read Receipts’ tab.

If you have requested to receive read receipts for notices, you can view the details regarding when they were viewed and acknowledged in this tab.

In the ‘Actions’ box you can press to view the overall details of the notice or export these results.

In the ‘Linked Items’ tab, you can link other areas in the HUB to your notice or add your notice as CQC evidence.

The last tab is the ‘Change Log’ tab. This is where you can view any changes made to the notice.
