Using the filter and search

Within the ‘CONTACTS’ section located in the HUB, you can filter your searches to obtain specific information.

Press ‘Show advanced search’.

• You can switch your status between active and inactive contacts 

• You can select whether or not your search will include contacts shared within a group

• You can select the categories added to various contacts that you would like to be included in your search

Press search when you have chosen your preferences.

Your results will collate in accordance with the filtered criteria you have chosen. 

You can export your results by pressing the ‘Export results’ button or clear your results by selecting ‘Clear filters’.

You can also use the alphabetical scale to filter your search results using a letter.

You can view any of the contacts that are included in your search by pressing the ‘View’ option on their listing. 

A box will appear that includes any relevant details and shows any linked items too.
