How to create rooms

To create rooms for your practice, select Rooms, from the menu on the left-hand side.

Once you start adding your Rooms, these will start collating on the main overview screen. To create a new room, click the green ‘Add Room’ button.

Give your Room a name.

If you are a multi-site practice, you can select from the drop-down.

Set your capacity for that Room and select if this Room is wheelchair accessible.

Complete any Notes in relation to this Room, such as “Emergency Drugs stored here”

Set the Room to Active and ‘Save’
