How to make a room inactive

To make a Room inactive so it is  no longer available, select Rooms, from the menu on the left-hand side.

On the main overview screen, select ‘Edit’ on the Room you wish to make inactive.

Under the ‘Status’ heading, using the drop-down select ‘Inactive’

Now click ‘Save’
