Removing a staff member from the HUB
To make a staff member's profile inactive, navigate to Staff>Staff list.
Search for the staff member you would like to make inactive.
Click to make inactive.
You will be asked to confirm to make this staff member inactive.
Once confirmed, they will no longer be active user on your HUB account.
Please note that if your practice uses the HR Package and this staff member has holidays, please input a leaving date before making them inactive.
When you save the new value, we will recalculate the staff member's annual leave entitlement and add an adjustment to their annual allowance to reflect the change.
To input a leaving date, navigate to Staff>Staff list.
Search for the staff member you would like to enter their leaving date.
Click edit.
This will bring you to the Details tab.
Scroll down to input their leaving date.
Once you have entered their leaving date, you will be asked to confirm to make that staff member inactive.
Click Save.
