Allocating HUB Roles to multiple staff
o bulk assign HUB Roles, navigate to Staff>Staff list.
This will produce a list of all active staff members.
If you would like to apply a HUB Role to a specific Job Role or Team, use the Show Advanced Search to filter your staff list.
You can apply filters to search for a specific Job Role or Team.
Once applied, click search.
Your staff list will then filter to the chosen Job Role or Team.
Select the staff member/members you would like to bulk assign the HUB Role.
Please note that to select if you have no filters applied and would like to add all active HUB users, tick 'Select All'.
If you have filters applied, clicking ‘Select All’ will select all staff members within that filtered search.
Once selected in the Actions box on the right-hand side, it will produce a list of all chosen staff members.
To bulk assign HUB Roles, click 'Assign HUB Roles'.
This will produce an options box. In the drop-down menu, you can search for HUB Roles to add to selected staff members.
Select the appropriate HUB Role and click save.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to add the selected staff to this HUB Role.
Once confirmed, this HUB Role will be added to the selected staff member's profile.
