How to bulk assign Sites to staff members' HUB accounts
To bulk assign Sites, navigate to Staff>Staff list.
This will produce a list of all active staff members.
If you wish to add or remove a site from a job role or team, utilise the Show Advanced Search feature to filter your staff list.
You can apply filters to search for a specific Job Role or Team.
Once applied, click search.
Your staff list will then filter to the chosen Job Role or Team.
Select the staff member/members you would like to bulk assign or remove the site.
Please note that to select if you have no filters applied and would like to add all active HUB users, tick 'Select All'.
If you have filters applied, clicking ‘Select All’ will select all staff members within that filtered search.
Once selected in the Actions box on the right-hand side, it will produce a list of all chosen staff members.
To bulk assign or remove a site, click 'Assign Sites'.
This will produce an options box.
Please note that if the selected staff members have already been assigned to a site, they will be highlighted. You can remove any current site by clicking on the ‘x’ to remove it from the staff member's profile.
In the drop-down menu, you can search for the site to add to the selected staff members.
Select the appropriate site and click save.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to add/remove the selected staff members from this site.
Once confirmed, the chosen site will be added to or removed from the selected staff member's profile.
