How to bulk deactivate HUB user profiles


To make users' profiles inactive in bulk, navigate to Staff>Staff list.



This will produce a list of all active staff members.


If you wish to make a specific job role or team inactive, utilise the Show Advanced Search feature to filter your staff list. 



You can apply filters to search for a specific Job Role or Team.





Once applied, click search. 



Your staff list will then filter to the chosen Job Role or Team. 




Select the staff member/members you would like to make inactive.


Please note that to select if you have no filters applied and would like to add all active HUB users, tick 'Select All'.


If you have filters applied, clicking ‘Select All’ will select all staff members within that filtered search. 

Once selected in the Actions box on the right-hand side, it will produce a list of all chosen staff members.



To make the selected users inactive, click 'Make Inactive'.


You will be asked to confirm that you want to make the selected users inactive. 




Once confirmed, the chosen staff members will no longer be active users of your HUB account. 



Please note: if your practice is using the Compliance Package and the staff members you have selected have outstanding Compliance actions with no other users assigned to them, you will be required to assign those actions to another user before making them inactive.
