Expenses guidance settings

You can input your guidance on practice expenses, which staff members will see when they submit their expenses. 


Navigate to Settings 



You will be brought to a Details tab, but additional tabs will be available, one of which is ‘Expenses.’




Input ‘Expense Guidance’, which will appear on the expenses claim page when staff submit their expenses. 




You can upload an expenses guidance file that will be downloadable to staff members when submitting their expenses. 



Click ‘Save’ 



Staff members can see the Expenses Guidance when submitting their expense claim.
