Rota settings
To select whether or not to allow users visibility to all published rotas your practice has created, navigate to ‘Settings’ on the left-hand side of your HUB page.
You will be brought to the Details tab, but additional tabs will be available at the top, one of which is ‘Rotas.’
You can tick to allow users to view all published HUB Rotas.
Please note: If this is left unticked, staff members will only be able to see the rota they are a part of.
Once you have made your preference, click ‘Save’
